Normally we spend approx 45 min doing Pilates/Stretch/Movement and 30 Min on the therapy table. This split of time is approximate and is adjusted according to need.
Of course... life is challenging and our needs change minute-by-minute. This is why this studio is unique. You dont need to schedule a "seperate massage time." I make the change immediately. You pay for my time, so whatever tools I need to pull from my tool box during that time is really up to you.
I really teach CONNECTION here. What I teach you about your body and how you move, should support ALL your other life activities. Some people LOVE their group reformer classes, I love them too! But have you trained your body-mind-spirit what it FEELS like to MOVE correctly? Most often, our chronic pains come from something we are doing repetitively, without putting thought into it. I bring the MIND back into the BODY and integrate the SPIRIT when you know how that feels! How does it FEEL to move this way...

I have a Fully Equipped Pilates Studio. You can see more on my Pilates Page. MANY years ago I worked as a functional movement Personal Trainer and really integrate that work still. All of my equipment is set up to do mind-based movement. Teaching the body to work on its axis/center. The more we train this, the more our energetic body expands to support large supported movements. Think of how a circus performer works or a dancer. We all have the capability to move in a similar manner. We just have to program our bodies to do so.
As we age, our brain to body connection begins to diminish as well as our balance, eye sight, range of motion, pelvic stability. Often, its the moments we did not expect to happen that change our lives. Such as, falling of the edge of a sidewalk, slipping on ice, etc. I teach your body HOW to support you in these unexpected moments so that maybe the trauma will not be so intense AND your recovery will be so much faster.
