I started my fitness career in the early 90’s. I instantly fell in love with helping people change their lives.
I’ve had the blessed opportunity to work at various resorts throughout San Diego, La Jolla, Scottsdale, and Chicago.
I received my comprehensive Pilates and Advanced Mat certification through Power Pilates in Chicago. I continued my training with Romana Pilates as well as taking many CEC courses with advanced trainers/mentors throughout the years.
My original 200-hour Yoga Training was with NorthShore Yoga in North Chicago. A wonderful program focused on Vinyasa / Ashtanga, Pranayama and Ayurvedic principles.
My desire to understand the body in more detail led me back to school to attain my Massage Therapy Degree from SOMA Institute of Chicago.
I had no idea how this would forever change the direction of my career and life.
Below you will find an extensive list of certifications and training I have taken throughout the years.
I am always educating myself by taking a class, reading a book, trying to understand what our bodies are capable of.
I lead all my work within the Craniosacral Paradigm which is the belief that the body has all the tools it needs to heal itself. I am here to listen, follow and assist in the most non-invasive way possible.

I've completed 100's of hours of various individual CEC's from various organizations such as Polestar, Stott, Anatomy Trains and many more.
As you begin your search for your practitioner of choice, be sure to honor yourself by doing your research. Where did they get their training, how many in-person hours did they put in to master this skill. I have put in 1000's of hours of training and still consider myself a student. This is why I continue to invest in myself. I would personally find it next to impossible to take one weekend course and be amazing at something. Most of the courses I have listed I have taken at least twice.
